Payment terms:

Payment for services are to be made a minimum of 5 working days in advance or at time of purchase for buying products on-line.
Payments can be made: credit, debit, visa card or Amex.  Other payment methods may be made by cheque or cash by arrangement with Defining Moments finance department.
Late payment will acrue interest at the rate of 8% plus the Bank of England base rate that was in place on the day the debt became overdue.
